Catch up on client email with AI, for financial advisors

Client emails pile up while you sit in review meetings all day. AI reads the inbox, sorts out what needs a response, and drafts replies in your voice so you only review and send.

What to gather first

Which app

For this one, AI needs to open your files itself, so use an agent app rather than a chat window. Three that a non-technical owner can install today:

How to do it

  1. Open your inbox with AI. Give AI access to your email and your calendar. It scans recent unread messages from clients and ignores newsletters or balance alerts. You see a list of who is waiting on you.
  2. Feed your past replies. Paste in a few emails you wrote when you had plenty of time. AI reads your tone, your greetings, and how you explain common topics. It uses your voice instead of sounding like a pamphlet.
  3. Review the drafted pile. AI creates a draft reply for each waiting client. It flags messages that ask for money moves or meeting times so you see those first. You read through the draft folder.
  4. Fix details and hit send. Check every date, name, and account reference yourself. Edit any sentence that sounds off, then send the email from your own account. AI leaves the sending to you.

What to type first

Here are three emails I wrote to clients last month, plus my calendar for next week. Look through my unread client emails from today. Draft a short reply for each one using my tone, and pull open times from my calendar if they want to meet. Do not send anything.

Change the words to match your business. AI follows what you say, so say what done looks like.

Before you trust it

Once drafts feel natural, let AI summarize morning client emails into a single list before your first meeting.
