Summarize a client meeting with AI, for financial advisors

You finish a client review and sit with pages of rough notes while the next call waits. AI reads those jotted notes, writes the first draft of the client letter, and lists your file tasks.

What to gather first

Which app

For this one, a plain AI chat window is enough. Open the chat, paste what you gathered, and type the message below.

How to do it

  1. Paste your messy notes. Drop your raw meeting notes straight into AI. Include your scribbled reminders, shorthand, and the client's life updates. Do not worry about clean sentences or order.
  2. Add an old letter. Paste one follow-up letter you wrote in the past. This shows AI how you speak to clients. It helps match your tone without long instructions.
  3. Tell AI what to separate. Ask AI for two distinct drafts. The first part is a warm letter for the client. The second part is a dry list of internal chores for your records.
  4. Read and fix the draft. Check the facts before you send anything. Make sure every account name, family detail, and next step matches what was said in the room. Adjust the tone where needed.

What to type first

I pasted my raw notes from today's client review and a sample follow-up letter from last month. Read the notes. Draft a warm follow-up letter to the client that matches my sample tone, and list our internal office tasks separately at the bottom. Do not send anything or make up details.

Change the words to match your business. AI follows what you say, so say what done looks like.

Before you trust it

Try using AI to turn that same task list into an update message for your assistant.
