How to do it

1. Record your rough thoughts. Speak into your phone about what you want to sell, who buys it, and how you plan to charge. Do not worry about clean sentences or order. Transcribe the audio or paste the text directly into the chat.
2. Paste the prompt and notes. Copy the message below into your AI chat window with your notes. AI reads your messy thoughts and groups them into plain sections. You get back a draft with your offer, your buyer, and your costs.
3. Read and trim the draft. Look through the sections AI built from your words. Delete any buzzwords it added that you would never say to a client. Fix the numbers and details so they match your real budget.
