Reply to guest reviews with AI, for hotels

Online reviews pile up while you're checking in guests and fixing broken room keys. AI drafts the initial response for each one so you don't stare at a blank screen late at night.

What to gather first

Which app

For this one, a plain AI chat window is enough. Open the chat, paste what you gathered, and type the message below.

How to do it

  1. Paste your past replies. Put three good replies into the chat. Tell AI that these show your normal tone with guests. AI reads them to match how you talk.
  2. Drop in the new review. Copy the text left by the guest. Include their rating and any specific room or meal details they mentioned. AI sorts the praise from the pain points.
  3. Read the draft reply. AI hands back a short message addressed to the guest. It thanks happy travelers and addresses complaints without making wild promises. Check every fact it mentions.
  4. Fix the text and post. Edit out anything that doesn't sound like you. Add the guest's name if it's missing. Paste your approved note straight onto the travel site.

What to type first

Here are three replies I sent to guests last month, plus a new review from this morning. Draft a reply for this new review that matches my tone. Keep it warm if they are happy and calm if they are upset. Do not invent hotel amenities or promise money back, and do not send anything.

Change the words to match your business. AI follows what you say, so say what done looks like.

Before you trust it

Give AI your guest surveys from last week to list the top three repairs people asked for.
