Reply to online reviews with AI, for gyms
Reviews pile up while you're fixing equipment, greeting members, and running classes. AI reads the comments and drafts steady replies so you aren't stuck typing late at night.
What to gather first
- Three past replies you liked
- Text from new reviews
- Your house rules on broken machines
Which app
For this one, a plain AI chat window is enough. Open the chat, paste what you gathered, and type the message below.
How to do it
- Paste your tone and notes. Open a chat with AI on your computer. Paste in examples of past reviews where you liked your own tone. Add a short note about how you fix broken equipment.
- Add the new reviews. Copy the text of the new member reviews from your screen. Paste them right under your notes. Tell AI to read both.
- Ask for the first draft. Tell AI to draft a short response for each person. AI sorts the praise from the complaints and writes calm text for each one. It leaves the drafts in the chat.
- Read and post. Read each draft to make sure it sounds like your gym. Change any names or details that feel off. Copy your final words into your review page and post them.
What to type first
Here are three new reviews from members and examples of how I usually reply. Read them and draft a short reply for each one. Be warm with the praise, and stay calm and clear when someone mentions broken gear. Do not send anything or post anything online.
Change the words to match your business. AI follows what you say, so say what done looks like.
Before you trust it
- Make sure AI did not make up repair dates or promises to buy new equipment.
- Check that the member's name and specific class match what they wrote.
- Confirm the tone sounds like a person at the front desk, not a corporate memo.
Paste member feedback from paper exit surveys to spot recurring equipment issues.
