How to do it

1. Paste your service details. Open your chat window with AI. Copy and paste your basic service list and how you handle bookings into the window. This gives AI your facts before it writes.
2. Add the customer questions. Paste in the actual questions clients sent you today. Include two examples of how you normally talk to people. Ask AI to draft answers using your notes.
3. Review the drafted replies. AI writes a draft for each question. Read through the text to make sure the tone matches your business and the facts are right. Change any words that do not sound like you.
4. Send the answers. Copy the revised text out of the chat window. Paste it into your email or messaging app. Send it off to your client.
