Paste tomorrow's stop list. Copy the schedule for tomorrow right into the chat. Include the client names, the dogs, and any notes about gate codes or nervous pups. Keep the text messy if needed, because AI can read through the clutter.
Add your house rules. Type in what you need owners to have ready before the van pulls up. Mention leash rules, driveway space, and potty walks before the groom. AI reads these notes so it can work them into each message.
Ask for individual drafts. Tell AI to draft a short text for each appointment on the list. AI sorts the stops and writes friendly, clear reminders matching each dog and owner. The drafts show up together in your chat window.
