How to do it

Paste your booking notes. Drop your appointment list into the chat window. Include the dog's name, the client's address, and whatever details you already have. AI reads your notes and spots what is missing for each visit.
Ask for intake drafts. Tell AI to write a short text for each client on the route. It drafts questions about parking space for the van, gate codes, coat mats, and rabies tags. The drafts sound warm and keep things brief.
Review each draft. Read through each message on your screen. Check that the dog's name matches the owner and that the questions fit the home type. Fix any wording that sounds stiff or unfamiliar.
Send the texts yourself. Copy the text into your phone and send it out to the client. When replies come in with photos or parking notes, save them to tomorrow's route folder. You start the drive knowing what to expect at the curb.
