Reply to online reviews with AI, for veterinarians

Online reviews pile up while you wash hands between patients, and staring at a blank reply box is exhausting. Let AI draft a calm, kind start for each one so you only have to tweak and post.

What to gather first

Which app

For this one, a plain AI chat window is enough. Open the chat, paste what you gathered, and type the message below.

How to do it

  1. Copy the owner's review. Grab the full text of the review from your browser. Note the pet's name if the client mentioned it in their post. Paste it right into the chat window.
  2. Add your house voice. Paste a couple of older replies that sounded like you on your best day. AI reads how you greet pet parents and how you sign off. This gives the drafts your clinic's tone.
  3. Ask for two drafts. Tell AI to draft one short version and one warmer version. For unhappy reviews, tell it to invite the owner to call the front desk directly. AI types out both options in seconds.
  4. Read, adjust, and post. Pick the draft that sounds most natural to you. Check that medical facts stay private, change any awkward phrase, and paste the finished words into your review page.

What to type first

Here is a review from a client and two replies I wrote before. Draft two replies to this new review using my voice. If it is upset, stay calm, do not admit fault, and invite them to call the clinic desk. Do not mention medical details. Do not post anything online.

Change the words to match your business. AI follows what you say, so say what done looks like.

Before you trust it

Once you like these drafts, paste in a tough email from a pet owner and let AI help you draft that reply too.
