Answer common parent questions with AI, for schools

Parent emails pile up every morning asking about drop-off times, lunch accounts, and field trip forms. AI writes the first draft of every reply from your school handbook, so you spend your morning checking facts instead of typing the same note twenty times.

What to gather first

Which app

For this one, a plain AI chat window is enough. Open the chat, paste what you gathered, and type the message below.

How to do it

  1. Paste your handbook and notes. Open your AI chat window on your screen. Drop in the text from your family guide, the term dates, and your attendance policy. This gives AI the facts about your school.
  2. Paste the parent questions. Copy the incoming questions from your inbox or portal. Add them below the notes with a clear instruction to write warm, simple replies. AI reads both and drafts a response for each parent.
  3. Read and adjust the draft. Review the drafts next to your original notes. Change any phrase that sounds cold or misses a detail about a specific student. You know the families best.
  4. Send the note yourself. Copy the revised text out of the chat window. Paste it into your email program or parent portal and hit send. AI never contacts a parent on its own.

What to type first

Here is our school handbook and this week's calendar. Below are five emails from parents asking about pickup, hot lunch, and tomorrow's trip. Write a warm, brief reply to each parent using only the attached facts. Flag any question you cannot answer from these notes. Do not send anything.

Change the words to match your business. AI follows what you say, so say what done looks like.

Before you trust it

Once this works, paste your supply list and uniform guide into the chat to draft your back-to-school welcome pack.
