How to do it

Paste the spoken transcript. Upload the audio or paste the text from your walk through the client's kitchen. Let AI read the rough notes and spot the distinct tasks. It keeps the specific kitchen terms you used on site.
Ask for step-by-step checklists. Direct AI to break the spoken thoughts into clear steps for each station. It groups sanitation tasks by line cook, prep area, and dish station. The draft leaves room for sign-offs and dates.
Generate matching log sheets. Have AI draft empty daily logs for holding temperatures and sanitation sweeps based on the walkthrough. It lists the equipment names and target ranges you spoke aloud. It lays them out in simple tables.
Review and tweak the draft. Read the draft against your memory of the kitchen. Fix any missed prep steps or odd wording that line cooks will not understand. Copy the approved text into your firm's report template.

What to type first

Here is the rough transcript from my walkthrough of a client's prep kitchen. Turn these spoken notes into step-by-step sanitation guides and temperature logs for the line staff. Use plain words a cook can read fast. Do not invent temperatures or add chemical steps I did not mention. Do not send anything to the client.

Before you trust it

Check that every temperature range matches local rules and your spoken notes.
Make sure the steps follow the actual physical flow of that specific kitchen line.
Verify that chemical names and wash steps match what the client actually stocks.

Once this feels comfortable, drop in health inspector notes to draft opening checklists for new kitchen managers.
